Dear Judges,
to secure a smooth and uncomplicated registration process, please read this carefully.
Following your arrival at the competition venue, please make sure you go and see the registration counter first. Please present your ID/passport, and collect your credentials and meal tickets.
If you’re travelling with “Family & Friends“, you can pay those 5-day-passes per person as well, because they’ll probably want their credentials and meal tickets as well.
Please make sure you have a sufficient amount of cash money (Euros!) at hand. We can not accept any other form of payment on site! You get a receipt for all payments made, of course.
If you organized your travels to Neubrandenburg on your own expenses, you can trade your travelling expenses receipts (fuel receipts, train tickets, etc.) for cash at the registration counter on Sunday (July 18th), after the competition. This is where and when the judges get paid, too.
In case you still need your travelling receipts fort he way home, you can send them to us afterwards as well, and we’ll wire the money to your bank account.
If you are a judge AND a rider, you have to go through the rider registration process as well (see Riders Manual). Registration fee, eventual late fee fine, and rental fee apply.
Important: It is not possible to allocate the judge royalties for the registration fees!
