I hereby request to accept my registration to the Wakeboard Worlds World Championships in Neubrandenburg, July 12th-18th. Along with the registration the signee hereby declares acceptance of the liability release as stated in point 1, as well as acceptance of the personal rights article in point 2.
1. The organizers (The Sponsor People GmbH, NICE Productions GmbH, Wasserskiseilbahn Neubrandenburg GmbH, Wakeboard- und Wasserski Club Reitbahnsee e.V./WWC Reitbahnsee) can not be made liable for any material damage, property-, or personal damage of contestants, boat pilots, judges, official helpers and other personnel. All contestants enter the competition and premises at their own risk, on and off the board. By registering for the competition all registering persons waive their right to claim for damages of any kind happening during the event. Active contestants should not only have a health insurance, but also a private accident insurance. Damages to third persons (e.g. audience) are only covered within the scope of the general liability insurance.
2. I hereby disclaim all my text and photo rights to the organizers, officials and their affiliates of print, radio, and TV media. I accept the advertising used during competition (e.g. on starter numbers). I am aware of the fact that the registration fee is not refundable if I don’t enter the competition, or get disqualified.
In case the contestant is a minor, I, as legal guardian, hereby accept the points
mentioned above on the contestants behalf.
